All services are subject to availability and a written quotation.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required to secure booking and materials.
  • Final pricing may vary if there are changes to the project scope or unforeseen complications

Payments

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of the date of issue unless agreed otherwise.
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.
  • Refunds will be issued only where legally required or where we fail to meet contractual obligations.

Project Timeframes

We strive to complete all work within agreed timeframes. However, delays due to weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Materials & Warranty

  • We use quality materials suitable for each project. Specific brands or materials can be requested and agreed upon during quotation.
  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the completion date, covering defects arising from our workmanship only.
  • This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or water damage unless specified.

Access & Site Requirements

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site during work hours. Any delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may affect project timelines and costs.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
  • Damage caused by third-party contractors
  • Consequential losses
  • Delays beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Complaints & Disputes
